Brief

We were asked to prepare proposals for a speculative warehouse and distribution scheme, to include for offices and R&D space.

Challenges + Solutions

One of the UK’s leading industrial speculative developer/contractors identified a requirement for the site, where a lack of high-quality industrial units for medium-sized companies under 50,000 sq. ft. were available.

We were keen to create a highly visible and striking aesthetic at the entrance of the Orion Park estate and our proposed scheme for the main building incorporated attractive coloured Pilkington Profilit glazing above silver grey micro-ribbed wall cladding.
