Studio KMA were appointed by Westshield to amend the original design and deliver a residential led mixed use development comprising of 6 dwellings and 2 apartments above the ground floor retail space.

With the development being adjacent to the Conservation Area and within a prominent area of Hale Village, it was necessary to engage and work with with the LPA in order to ensure the external appearance remained in keeping with the original design and sympathetic to the character of the area.
Following the approved changes to the scheme, we worked closely with the client/contractor to develop the design post planning through to completion.
