The creation of 39 townhouses and 18 apartments offered our client a viable solution to bring back into use an unmanaged, vacant site which was previously used for light industrial activity.

With a sensitive landscape design at its heart, the development contributes to the ongoing regeneration of the area, creating new sustainable family housing to support the future of the wider community.

The planning approval overcame significant Flood Zones (2 and 3), topography, land contamination, ecology, and highway constraints.
